If you can make one change to improve science training in the United States, what wouldn’t it be? Science Times asked that question of 19 Americans — scientists, educators, students — with a stake within the answer. Overall, our outcomes recommend that training, whether or not measured in terms of common academic attainment, science academic attainment, or science literacy scores, might enhance somewhat than lower polarization on points linked to political or spiritual identification.
